I may have some single track back roads for you from my tour in 2003. Or are you going motorways?
I also, if you're interested, can recommend one or two excellent places to stay/eat.
Aren't you visiting Speyside? It's a lovely bit of Scotland - and I'm not even mentioning the whisky.

(Man man, 10 years, time flies.)

There is nothing wrong with not liking whisky. I can not stand the stuff. Keith, when are you coming up?. I will be in that part of the country for a couple of days in late April.
Today as all days...

I know you don't like whisky Keith from talking in the past. That's why I didn't take the route I suggested via Bladnoch the greatest distillery in the world...IMHO :roflmao:
It's still a pretty village though Isn't it Peter my fellow Bladnoch fan....

I guess since we are talking about Scotland, you guys are referring to Scotch whiskey, otherwise known as single malt? That stuff, I can't drink it. I find no pleasure in the burning sensation in my throat as it goes down.

Now, rye whiskey I can tolerate, but it needs the coke, or gingerale, to make it more palatable. My sweet taste buds rule when it comes to alcoholic beverages, so give me some Baileys on the rocks and I'm happy.
