I was only joking with my suggestion of colour scheme but it looks so good in the pic :o that I am having serious thoughts as my silver fairing is damaged and I have been trying to find a way around it  and being an ex racer very hard to resist

Martin. What about a check border around the yellow to complete a 'federal look' whilst staying on the right side of the law?
This tape will reflect white from the black, so no problems with colours etc. I think it would look good with a second yellow below the mirrors that you mentioned earlier.

Edit. found this on a quick search to show how it might look...

hmm, thanx, food for thoughts...
Still not sure about the reflective-white on the flanks... such would be only acceptable facing forward (like the corner markings on a trailer or the front of its fenders...)
I was aiming at dual colour stripes anyway and had made a nice yellow/red stripe pattern... but red to the sides... no...

That front piece above the headlight seems to be always black. I wonder what it would look like white, yellow, silver or orange.

If you provide a front-view photo here, then I think someone who edits photos could respond with photos showing how it would look if that piece were white, yellow, silver or orange, instead of black.

(And while you are at it, a photo of the rear might tell us if more red is needed there.)
'Tis not its looks, but how it cooks.
And I've found that most liter size Pans, when warmed up, cook well.

I guess the rear appears red-ish enough:

(for some reasons the phpBB cannot deal with [portrait]/vertical orientation when embedding/link photos...?!)

I would try to "resize" your photo to make sure that it is within the limits of 800 horizontal and 640 vertical (just going from memory).

I have asked our photo experts to give their opinion over on this page here:

viewtopic.php?f=45&t=13632

And I would suggest probably dropping the idea of putting more orange in the front; orange is probably too much like red. (However, the lenses of the front "winkers" are orange. Could you match their colour?)

FYI: that pic IS resized to 600x800, as I do since years with all pics when uploading them to the inet...

But its 800 vertical exceeds our limit of 640 vertical. Try maybe 300x400; then increase if necessary.

Whilst I support download-friendly file sizes, I doubt that you'd decipher much on a stamp size... ;)

But I could also flip it by 90° so you all have to twist your necks/rotate screen, would this be better??
