Cheers Derek some great roads listed on there but when you get a spare hour or two where do you go to blow the cobwebs away?
Looking for something more personal to this site. ;)

The road from Billingshurst to Petworth is a good bit of road in West Sussex winding through woods and some interesting elevation changes. From Petworth take the A286 south west towards Chichester. Turn right into New Road to skirt north of Chichester and then pick-up the B2141 from Lavant north west towards South Harting and then Rogate. From there A272 going east is an interesting road but has way too much traffic unfortunately. I also liked the route we took for BritSToc last year which ran through some of the Surrey North Downs area of special beauty. Part of the route passed north of Dunsfold where they film Top Gear, and also included a loop of the Olympic cycle route around Box Hill. I could email a KMZ file of the route that can be viewed in Google Earth if you wanted to see that.

I could post a couple but I don't think they'd work in a map of GB

How do you view the route as I'm only getting a blue pin?
