Ceaning solution/detergent for ultrasonic?

Postby mbrST1100 » 20 Nov 2017, 13:58

Got me a 3ltr pro model, stainless, heater (80°C), 2x 100W...
What's a suggested solved that doesn't dull aluminium parts?

Cheers

Martin. No idea. But I used to clean most bike parts in the dishwasher! (Obviously when Nancy was out). Cheers

BTDT Cammy, but the detergent errodes the metal/surface...
(plus its a PITA to chase tiny items down in the depts of the filter :D )

Thanx Bob,

I opted for the Sonixlab TEK34 concentrate (2~5%), rated for carburetor and engine parts; we'll see how that works.
I further intend to use water generated by the dehumidifier, should be free of any scale...
