She seemed to enjoy herself David!
The Sena bluetooth intercom works really well, too.
Now all I need to do is to get used to riding two up. And get better at it.

Welcome Karen. Getting used to packing for a motorcycle trip is something of an art. Mind you, there is always international couriers so you can send things ahead, and return again (just joking Pieter, right?). Looking forward to September.
I love being right. If only it happened more often...

Pieter,

Could you post a brief review of the Sena you bought? Model #, what its capabilities are, etc. Thanks.

The first one or two trips are a steep learning curve....you end up taking heaps more than what you need or use. And then you buy a trailer because a seven day camping trip (over here) for two needs more gear than a top and side cases allow.

The more you ride the better you get. There are times when it's ok for her to move (on a straight) and there are times when it isn't (leaning on a corner). Heather goes to sleep sometimes and she doesn't hold on most of the time. When coming into a town ask if a loo stop is needed; girls prefer a toilet rather than a bush beside the road.....makes a good time to stretch your own legs at the same time.
