Hello from Aberdeen

Hello from Aberdeen

Postby Aberdeen » 12 Jan 2015, 23:13

Hi to all,

Hailing from rural Aberdeenshire I'm running a red 2010 ST1300 most of the time two up and a blue Moto Guzzi 750 for one up slow time fun only.

Done lots of comfort and handiness mods to both machines. We're enjoying our retirement by doing more miles at our leisure. We like to tour as well as doing shorter stuff. Skye, West Coast of Scotland, Orkney - none of them can be done too often because they're different every time.

Post the occasional youtube video of a ride-out.

Both of us are avid riders (wife is pillion only) and we enjoy the social side of riding out whether its just to ride or to get somewhere special or of interest.

Regards to all :D

Welcome along Paul. I am not too far from you either. Keep an eye on the BritSToc thread if you enjoy the social side of riding - there are some real nice folk that meet up.

Hi Paul, welcome to the forum, I am from Perth, not the sunny one on the other side of the world but the one just down the road from you, if you are ever heading down this way on your bike drop me a PM.

I don't think you'd want to be there at the moment; my sis says they had 40C there yesterday.
