Emails.

Emails.

Postby PeterPan » 13 Feb 2013, 23:35

I seem to get too many emails that tell me nothing.

I know I can change the settings so I get no emails but

I like the way I get notifications from STowners because it tells me what the post says. Therefore I don't have to log on to know what the reply is.

I recently went through my iPhone and found that 32 of the past 100 mails were from my-mc but as said above they tell me nowt

Can this be changed or is that the way it is.

Peter.

If they are empty DMs it means someone thanked you. You can turn that off.

If they are notifications of a post in a forum or topic you subscribed to, they will not list the post's contents but just give a link to the post. That's how phpBB works. Nothing I can do about that.
