Network incident

Unfortunately the site has been offline today due to a network outage.

Exite are suffering from unplanned network outages in their data center.
It would appear that all is now up again but as we haven’t found the root cause I’m not handing out any guarantees yet. :mrgreen:

Tomorrow the main network router is to be replaced.
This *might* cause some more downtime.
Hope that that will be the last of these outages for the foreseeable future.

Ok folks, the new router has arrived and is in the process of being configured as we speak.
Later today it will be installed. Expect another outage but *knock knock* this should be just for minutes.

More precisely, work will commence at around 18:00 CET (UTC+2).
I've been informed that it will probably NOT be "a matter of just minutes". All firewall rules must be entered manually and tested.

We experienced another 30 minute outage this morning around 11:30 CET. This was due to a technical problem at our provider.

In the morning for some of you.......but for me it was early evening.

Not to matter, got on with the third attempt so must have been near the end of the 30 minute downtime.
