Keith and all. Ankle is a lot better, feels like a really bad sprain now. On physio's orders I am allowed to exercise... so here is the first part of this mornings ride....

Ok ok. I did go for a short run up Loch Lomond side, Loch Long and stopped at the Rest and be Thankful for a roll and a Bovril. Nice weather both there and back and got home 5 minutes before it started raining. So from this...
