How do you guys work out which destination it is that you hold this event at?

We have this year's annual rally in October at some non descript place called Wooli here https://goo.gl/maps/B6DEsuSRqQy though due to possible upcoming employment we won't be going. This location was given out at last year's event.

For 2018 we have been told it will be located somewhere ( https://goo.gl/maps/9KD561LHJ5J2 ) the northern part of Queensland with the exact location to be announced in October. It would make a decent road trip; something like this https://goo.gl/maps/VZ6nV4s4Ya82 Probably 8 or 9 days on the road total.

Usually Peter proposes the location. Which is logical as he's the father of BritSToc.

I think it looks pretty like a pretty nice place

Lots of Hotels so people can make their own budgets

Looks good to me on this wet & miserable day, can we nail down some idea of dates?

Looks good. Dates..... Do you want to be away for your birthday again

UK school half likely to be 28/5-1/6 which might affect availability and cost.

If I may give some advice based on this year's experience, don't' pick the Isle of Man race weekend to book a ferry.

Not particularly, BritSToc and/or Post/Pre-Stoc to be the weekends of 19/20th May or 26/27th May preferably.

Certainly from my list of HCC schools half term week is BH Mon 28.5.18 to Fri 1.6.18, not sure what happens en Belgique?

Well, uncle Luc is in Greece now, getting drunk on a daily basis. Don't know if he is fit enough to read this. Let alone reply.
