I am off on the Friday too. Would love to make a day of it. Need a nice stop for lunch and a suitable meeting point for Critters and pick up Sam en route.

I am off Friday too David, I could meet you at Dunfermline then we could head west to meet up with Cammy somewhere that is suitable, then head South from there by whatever route.

Brian, be good to meet up near Dunfermline if you are travelling from Perth, depends where we are meeting Cammy.

Cammy, where are we meeting you and then Sam?

David, how about the Harvester Halbeath Park at a suitable time? We could possible then head over the FRB and meet cammy around Newmains Asda perhaps? It all depends where Sam is?

I will pm you my mobile number.

Guys, I am easy. Have we got a route worked out that avoids the m/way?

Brian

I have just had a word with Cammy and he is happy to meet us both at Peebles.

I was thinking more of a cross country route like this
http://tinyurl.com/qdlp9tm
It is only 218 miles but it is saying 6h50mins. If the weather was bad or the route was taking too long we could just head over on to the A1 and make up time that way.

I had provisionally arranged to meet Cammy at 10am, so from our meeting point it would only be 40 miles to Peebles. If we meet about 0830 it will allow a bit of time for rush hour traffic that we would probably encounter.

How does this sound to every one. Anybody heard from Sam, is he meeting us?

Looks ok to me, where in Dunfermline do you want to meet? The ibis on your route is the one in North Bradford and not the Shipley Ibis, I take it is that incorrect?
