RTE/BritSToc 14.5

Postby PeterPan » 02 Sep 2014, 19:32

This is half an idea.

Nothing booked. Nothing enquired about. Haven't even had a chance to check out the locations.

Although I have visited both in recent years but not in the last year.

Tewksbury Lower Lode. Camp Friday and Saturday. BritSToc 14.5.

RTE up the road to the Black shed at Slimbridge for Saturday lunch. A possible chance to meet new members from other boards.

Then back to the lower lode. It's the same location as a BritSToc 10.

I have a favourite date. 10-11-12th October.

Comments Gratefully received.

Note Note Note

Nothing is as yet booked so don't make any serious plans yet.

Peter.

Would love to make it too, but time off at such short notice can always be a problem (work is looking for 6-8 weeks in advance).
Will be better placed to decide when the dates are confirmed.

That's the one in the Cotswolds, if memory serves? Very nice surroundings.
I would love to come over but as I've been inbetween jobs for ten months already I'm afraid my finances will not allow me.
Image Sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride. (Don't forget to vote! Not that it matters...)

I remember the Lower Lode myself. Ah, for more vacation time and the funding to go with it! ;-)

Having missed 14 earlier in the year it sounds like a great idea. It would certainly be good to catch up with folk again. Please count me in as per my earlier email.
