I believe I've been in that area - long ago. Are these called the moors?

OIC, I was under the impression that "the Moors" was the name of that area. I came through there in a taxi on my way to Manchester from Leeds, when the plane had been diverted due to, you guessed it, fog in Manchester.

A day nothing learned is a wasted day.

Pieter, the "Moor" you would have come across would have been Ilkley Moor, famous from the Ilkley Moor Baht'at song.

If you behave yourself at BritStoc in June I am sure Legge will sing it for you. ;) ....... now where are those ear plugs hiding? :)
